We undertake detailed assignments from the executive recruitment and selection of a key employee through to the provision of an entire specialist department. Each of our assignments is accepted only after a full and detailed briefing from our clients.
Each of our candidates undergoes a full interview and psychometric analysis with one of our Recruitment Managers prior to acceptance as a candidate. Each candidate receives a thorough briefing prior to and post interview.
Our Recruitment Managers come from senior positions within the financial services industry, with backgrounds covering Sales Directorate, Regional Sales Management, Branch Management, IFA Broker Consultancy, Call Centre Management, Administration Management and Executive Financial Advisor.
